Returns & Cancellation Policy

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013


Your Right to Return

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and return any eligible item within 14 calendar days of the date on which you, or a third party nominated by you, take physical delivery of the goods — with no questions asked.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Notify us of your decision to return before the 14-day window expires. You may do this by contacting beartoothstore@absolutemerch.com or through your account portal.
  2. Return the item in its original, undamaged condition within 14 days of notifying us.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a full refund of the original purchase price — including any standard delivery costs charged at the time of purchase — within 14 days. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.


Important Exception: Sealed Media

Under EU and UK consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software once the factory seal has been broken by the customer.

This means that CDs, vinyl records, DVDs, Blu-rays, video games, and any other sealed media cannot be returned once you have broken or removed the original packaging seal.

This exception applies only when you break the seal. If an item arrives with its seal already broken, damaged, or removed, this exception does not apply. Please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sealed media (CDs, vinyl, DVDs, games, etc.) where the customer has broken the seal
  • Items that have been personalised or made to order
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window without prior arrangement
  • Items that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and function


This policy applies to customers in the United Kingdom and European Union only. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
